In summer 2013, my mum and I were lucky enough to win two return flights to New York, courtesy of Caring Matters Now and Virgin Atlantic!
We decided to use our tickets in 2014, as I was super excited to see New York in the winter!
My Dad and brother ended up coming with us to make it a family trip, and we spent the week shopping and sightseeing! We went ice skating at the Rockefeller Centre, shopping on 5th Avenue, and went to see Enrique Iglesias at Madison Square Garden!
My favourite memory of the trip was walking out of a shop on 5th Avenue (after not being able to afford anything) and it was snowing! I can’t thank Caring Matters Now enough for the opportunity, we had an incredible family holiday!
Every little bit of money really does help, I can’t think of any better way to spend so little and get so much in return!
