Mailout Volunteer
Responsible for all charity mailouts such as our annual INSPIRE magazine. Jo has also taken on the role of Online Community Content Volunteer, planning creative online content for our Baby and Toddler events and packaging and posting these to registered families.

Online Community Content Volunteer
To plan creative online content for our Online Communities, with a specific focus on the Infant Primary age group 5-8 year olds.

Young Ambassador Volunteer
This volunteer will oversee our Young Ambassador Programme spreadsheet, as a working document, guiding and supporting our active Young Ambassadors through the Level ONE & TWO of the programme.

Wales Volunteer
To support our West of England and South Wales Regional Contacts to support members and raise awareness of CMN in Wales. Aswell as translating key documents into Welsh to improve the accessibility of resources to members in Wales.

Data Analyst Volunteer
Supporting the wider team in the design of surveys to gather the correct information, analysing members data, and presenting the statistical findings to the team to guide next steps.

Graphic Design Volunteer
The Graphic Design Volunteer will assist the wider team by working on the design of logos for charity initiatives and campaigns and providing design work for specific, focused, charity projects.

The Conference Volunteer will assist the wider team and enables us to fulfil our charity aims by attending conferences on behalf of Caring Matters Now and educating Medical Professionals about CMN.

Be Seen Admin Volunteer
The Be Seen Award Volunteer will assist the wider team and enables us to fulfil our charity aims by processing Be Seen registrations and posting Be Seen Resource Packs to registered schools. The volunteer will also respond to general enquiry emails from schools and signpost to the wider team aswell as reviewing completion documents from schools.

To proofread and provide feedback to member’s personal stories, before they are uploaded onto our website.

Merchandise Distribution Volunteer
Responsible for all merchandise and support literature orders which come in through the website. This role involves packaging and posting, as well as ensuring the administrative process is followed and stock counts are maintained.

Focused on social engagement within and across our social media platforms. Our Social Media Volunteer will spend time being ‘social’ on social media, welcoming new members, replying to comments under our posts and networking with partnering organisations.

The Infant Primary Volunteer will assist the wider team and enables us to fulfil our charity aims by working alongside our Online Communities Volunteers who develop creative content for sessions, delivering this creative content at our monthly Infant Primary Online Community and showing encouragement, care and support to our CMN families throughout the session.
