The UK specialised CMN clinic is run by Professor Veronica Kinsler at Great Ormond Street Hospital. For children under the age of 17, we recommend you seek a referral to Professor Kinsler and her team at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Details of the clinic are as follows:

Professor Veronica Kinsler
CMN Clinic
Paediatric Dermatology Department
Great Ormond Street Hospital
London
WC1N 3JH

You can ask to be referred to the CMN clinic through your GP or local dermatologist. Simply request a copy of the CMN Medical Information Booklet from us by emailing info@caringmattersnow.co.uk. Take the medical booklet along to your local GP or dermatologist and request a referral to Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH details are printed on the back of the medical booklet).

If you are aged 18 years and older, we would advise that you are under the care of a local dermatologist. As CMN is a rare condition, it would be wise to give a copy of the CMN Medical Information Booklet to your dermatologist for reference. If your dermatologist has any questions regarding CMN, you can signpost him/her to the Caring Matters Now website, which has all the up-to-date medical information about the condition and the latest research findings. Your dermatologist can also register with the charity to receive CMN updates and news.

However, if you are an adult experiencing a new problem with your CMN you can be referred to the Rare Disease Collaborative Network (RDCN) Mosaic Disorder clinic at Guy’s Hospital.

If you are struggling to get a referral to the CMN clinic at Great Ormond Street Hospital, the RDCN Mosaic Disorder clinic at Guy’s Hospital or to a local dermatologist, please contact us directly and we will try to help you.
