As a charity we are committed to supporting our members through every stage of life. Our Child to Adult Support Pathway details the range of support available at every stage! This webpage summarises all the resources we have available to you as a parent for when your child transitions into different phases of their educational journey; whether that’s from one year to the next or whether they are making the leap from nursery to Primary School or from Primary to Secondary School.

Schools Support Guide

We have written a School Support Guide, which is available to download for free. The support guide provides you with lots of helpful tips on how to make school transition as smooth as possible, including psychosocial support.

CMN Awareness Cards

These handy pocket-sized cards can be used to educate your school community about CMN and how to engage with visible differences. The cards are ideal for sharing with staff and other parents. School Fundraising

Our Coffee & Cake fundraiser is a flexible event which can be used both as a fun and easy way to help raise vital funds for Caring Matters Now as well as a great way to raise awareness of CMN within your school community.

how do you C Me Now? School Resource Book

Buy our ‘how do you C Me Now? photographic book to share with your school or to gift to your school library. This book has been used in circle times and assemblies by our members’ teachers and families to raise awareness, educate peers and tackle any form of negativity.
