Little Acorns Charity Fun Day – Saturday 26 July 2014
The Little Acorns Charity Fun Day is held every year and is a chance for children, parents and friends to come along and have a great day out. With lots of faces being painted, arms sparkling with glitter tattoos, children bouncing on the castle, taking a chance on the tombola, finding wine and not water, or picking up a bargain on the “White Elephant” stall to winning prizes on Hook-a-Duck, it was a fun-filled day.
Our special guest, Batman, arrived in his long black cloak and the children had photos with him, before he had to dash back to Gotham City.
With a BBQ and a cake stall, it was a wonderful day where we raised £1,011.36 for Caring Matters Now.
