London & South East Regional Gathering

You are warmly invited to join us at our combined London and South East Regional Gathering, where you will get to meet other families from your region and chat with your Regional Contacts Dahlia (London) and Diane (South East) whilst enjoying a great day out. Our Head of Support, Hannah, is also excited to be joining this year’s gathering!

Join us on Saturday 21^st March at The Rugby Portobello Trust venue, where we will be hosting children’s entertainment and catching up with our families and adult members over a coffee!

This is a FREE event. As a charity we fund admission tickets for our members with CMN (both child and adult members) and their immediate family. Grandparents or extended family are welcome to join us, however they are responsible for paying for their own tickets and must be registered as a friend of the charity. At the time of booking, Caring Matters Now, often pays in advance for the event, so please carefully consider whether you can definitely make it. We understand that on rare occasions unexpected circumstances may result in you not being able to attend an event last minute – please contact us ASAP if you need to cancel, so we can try to recoup the any pre-payments made. This is much better for us as a charity, as we lose vital charity funds when members don’t show up for pre-paid events. Thank you!
