We are proud to announce our newly designed ‘Last Appointment Card,’ which will mark the end of an era for our members as they visit Great Ormond Street Hospital for the last time and transition to adult services. This card was designed by one of our Young Ambassadors who joined us for work experience in July. Since then, the card has been printed and delivered to Morgan and Tina in Professor Kinsler’s clinic in London!
Inside the card reads:
Today is your last appointment at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).
We understand that this could be both a sad and happy day for you and for your family. Over the years you’ve visited GOSH as a child, growing year by year and making memories along the way.
