Caring Matters Now will be funding the places of all children and adults with CMN, plus one parental contact for under 18s.

A non-refundable £10 booking fee will be charged per family.

Accommodation Options

Our base for the weekend will be at the Arden Hotel on the NEC complex.

Discounted accommodation rates are available at the Arden Hotel which include car parking.
Single: £121.10 bed and breakfast
Double: £135.10 bed and breakfast
Double plus 1 child: £142.10 bed and breakfast
Double plus 2 children: £171.10 bed and breakfast

Other hotels are available to book at the NEC Complex and nearby.

Alternatively, you may choose to drive onto site each day if you live not too far.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations before 30^th April 2026 – full event refund, £10 booking fee non-refundable
After 30^th April 2026 – non-refundable.
