WHAT’S INCLUDED

Sunday

  • CMN research presentation for adults
  • Children’s private screening of a film in the cinema, with snack box and drink

COST

Free place for the person with CMN
Free place for one parental contact
Free place for babies in arms
£55 per person for additional family members

Caring Matters Now will be funding the places of all children and adults with CMN, plus one parental contact for under 18s.

A non-refundable £10 booking fee will be charged per family.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations before 31st March 2025 – full event refund, £10 booking fee non-refundable
After 31st March 2025 – non-refundable.

Accommodation Options

Our base for the weekend will be at the Arden Hotel on the NEC complex.

Discounted accommodation rates are available at the Adren Hotel which include car parking.
Single: £99 bed and breakfast
Double: £124 bed and breakfast

Additional beds can be added to these rooms for children at no additional cost. Additional breakfast will be charged at £7 for under 12s and £14 for 12 years olds and above.

Other hotels are available to book at the NEC Complex and nearby.

Alternatively, you may choose to drive onto site each day if you live not too far.
