Annual Conference

We are excited to announce our BIG Weekend event is booked for 2023! 

This weekend-event has proven to be extremely popular over the years and so, after 2 years of lockdown restrictions, we are finally able to plan a jammed-packed programme of events and activities for all our members. We look forward to welcoming back existing members and welcoming in new members too! 

Date: 7th – 9th July 2023
Venue: PGL Liddington Adventure Centre
Cost: £180 per person (0-3 years free)
Free Place: Person with CMN along with a guardian if under 18*

To make this event accessible to all our members, we are delighted to be able to fund the cost of each person with CMN to attend, plus a guardian if the person with CMN is under the age of 18.  The guardian’s free place is subject to a £35 booking fee.  We hope this support will enable more families and members to attend.

Accommodation consists of individual family rooms and all meals are included.

This event has proven to make a huge difference to a person’s self-esteem and confidence, so much so, members return year on year.  Having the opportunity to develop organic friendships with other members, reduces the feeling of isolation when living with CMN day-by-day and produces a life-long community of support for the whole family.

Costs

  • £180 per person (age 4+)
  • £175 per person for families of 4 or more
  • Free Place – Person with CMN along with a guardian if under 18*

Your price includes:

  • Full board accommodation (family rooms of multi-bedded bunk beds)
  • Buffet style meals with vegetarian options
  • Insurance cover for UK residents
  • ABTA bonded company, providing total financial protection
  • Full programme of events

Booking & Deposit

We require a £35 deposit for each individual when you book. The person with CMN deposit is refundable to attending the weekend.  Full balance must be paid by 31st March 2023.  A detailed conference schedule will be made available early 2023.

*Guardian free place is subject to a £35 booking fee.
